For what it’s worth, the company says it only uses sheepskin, which is a by-product of other industries. The UGG Ascot is a stylish slipper in the style of a driving shoe that is made from genuine sheepskin and is lined with sheepskin on the entire inside of the shoe. But it’s also worth considering the cheaper alternatives, which are almost as good for less than half the price. The platform is lightweight but solid and makes for slippers that don’t hurt my feet after wearing them for a long time
