Insert a copy of your order number inside the package. Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return postage: change-of-mind returns are at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return postage, contact us first for instructions.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: for hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewellery and earrings, swimwear and underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed, opened perfume and cosmetics, made-to-order or personalised items, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges: we process returns as refunds. For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original item using this process.
